The Financial Department collects amounts due and reports to you in relation to rent, service charge and provides comparisons to budget with the aim of achieving the best value for money for you. We provide a totally flexible service, tailored to your needs and subject to an independent audit. Reporting can be supplied at a frequency to correspond with your current practices and in a format that facilitates incorporation into your existing reporting structure.

We manage your account on an Open Book Accounting basis. This means that all invoices are scrutinized by our Finance Department and settled on your behalf on a monthly basis out of an account which is funded quarterly in advance. Your receive one invoice which details all expenditure incurred on your behalf and background paperwork is available at all times for inspection by your auditor. Our management fee is detailed separately on our invoice and this is agreed independently of other costs.

We provide you with expenditure reports indicating actual against budgeted costs of services. These services are provided at cost with all bulk-buying discounts achieved by us on your behalf passed directly through to you. We assure you that we derive no other income from our management contracts other than our management fee.
